1-on-1 AND SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Functional Training is the practice of improving Human movement. Partnering with  our Director of Personal Training, Jon Rogers, you will safely complete exercises programmed to enhance your ability to conquer activities of daily life, obtain fitness goals, and obtain peak athletic performance.

Human movement (roll, crawl, standing up, walk, climb, run, leap, push or pull, overhead reach, throw, swing, chop, etc.,) requires adequate muscular control Efficient muscle control is crucial for any athletic movement and maintaining a balanced posture while carrying a load with one arm. While the loss of muscle control is a natural part of aging, Functional Training is a preventative tool to retain vitality, restore pain-free movement, manage weight, change body composition, increase athletic performance, and empower your life.

GENERAL FITNESS

General Fitness functional training is available for 30 min or 1 hr 1-on-1 and Small Group training sessions. Our 4, 8, 12, 16, or 24-week renewable programs consist of exercises that increase strength, muscle tone, weight management, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, flexibility, injury prevention and reduce minor musculoskeletal pain. Approaching your individual goals, we will bolster your capacity to complete daily activities while moving and feeling better.

ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE

1 hr Functional Training is available for both Personal and Team - Small Groups. Our seasonal and yearly programs focus on achieving the highest level of performance for all athletes of any sport by enhancing core stability, posture, balance, coordination, agility, balance, endurance, max strength, power, and conditioning while promoting restoration and recovery in and out of season.

FITNESS EVALUATION

Whether upgrading general fitness or athletic performance in 1-on-1 personal or team small groups, all functional programs improve current ability toward your goals our initial fitness Evaluation is a 1-hour training session with Jon Rogers. We identify your fitness goals, exercise experience, health history. Next, we perform a movement screening to assess physical capacity.
