Our philosophy may surprise you, and it may scare you a little too.
It may surprise you because we do not believe in “diets” or calorie counting (we promise). It may scare you because it asks you to rethink basically everything most of us have learned from birth about food. In the past eight years we have been evolving with our own beliefs and practices with food. We have been to conferences, and have read as much scientifically based research as we can.
Our conclusion is that diets that include an abundance of animal products will eventually adversely affect you and everyone else.
A diet that is between 90-100% plant based is the answer to alleviate inflammation (the root cause of all disease), will aid in recovery, and will not only prevent disease, but reverse much of it as well.
From the abundance of research now available, there is an avalanche of professional athletes that are moving to plant based diets. The Redskins offensive line, half of the Tennessee Titans defense, Kyrie Irving, and some quarterback you may have heard of named Tom Brady. We whole -heartedly believe in this philosophy and mission, and we are always excited to share this message with all that are ready to evolve with us.
