Each 1-hour boot camp Strength and Metabolic Conditioning class will increase your endurance and optimize your ability to squat, hinge, push, pull, while dynamically stabilizing your core. InBody technology will track your goals to increase lean muscle and reduce weight, body fat, and inches.  Exit each HI-LI class feeling confident and pain-free.  Each class will incorporate restorative mobility techniques to reduce stress and tension in the body, increase mind-body connection, and enhance mental acuity.
