What is Training for Warriors?
The TFW system is a fun, safe and effective training program for adults looking to lose fat, build muscle, and feel better. TFW now has over 275 affiliate locations in over 20 countries. We define a warrior as anyone that is prepared to work hard and develop oneself in an effort to battle against his or her particular challenges in life, and our daily workouts are designed to do just that.
Can I Try TFW First?
Of course! By filling out the short form below you are signing up for a free week of TFW classes at Champions Sports Performance. Don't worry, your week won't start until you come in for your first class. Be sure to check out our schedule to see which classes you can attend!
Our classes are designed to stimulate muscle, burn fat, and most importantly make participants better. We describe becoming 'better' as getting stronger, decreasing body fat composition, getting motivated to eat the right things, mastering technique, increasing confidence/mental fortitude, improving posture, improving muscular and cardiovascular endurance and much more! A typical TFW practice is 60 minutes in length and depending on the day is either strength based (M, W, F) or a metabolic practice (Tues, Thurs.)
If I am not used to working out or have an injury, will I be able to keep up?
Whatever your current fitness level, TFW can help you. Our coaches have your back and will help you through each workout. Be sure to tell our coaches if you have any injuries or limitations so they are able to modify the workout for you as needed.
Can My Kids Join Me?
TFW is an adult-only training program, but Champions Sports Performance is home of both TFW and Parisi Speed School. Our Speed School has programs for all ages, and some of the class times coordinate with our TFW program so you and your child could train at the same time.
