Our challenge starts Tuesday, September 3rd. When participating in this challenge, you will reap all of the benefits of being a full-time TFW Member, including a variety of class times, healthy recipes, and killer workouts. You will also receive:

  • Additional support and guidance from our elite coaches while in class.

  • Supplemental nutrition information sent out weekly.

  • Track your progress with our Warrior Tracking System and optional one-on-one meetings with our coaches.

-What are Training for Warriors Workouts like?

Training for Warriors (TFW) is a safe and proven program designed to help you lose fat, get stronger, and feel better. TFW workouts are always different and every week we have both strength and metabolic training. Check out our FAQ page to learn more about TFW, our workouts, and more! 

-I don't normally workout in the weight room, should I be nervous about doing this program?

Absolutely not! We know lifting can be intimidating, but everyone has to start somewhere. Our coaches are trained to teach you how to safely and effectively lift so you can get the most out of your workouts and feel comfortable at our gym. We truly believe strength training is an essential part of our TFW program and you need it to shed fat and get stronger.
